Order Processing

Due to high demand, orders typically require 1–2 weeks for processing before shipment. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, customs clearance, and handoff to the carrier. Processing times may vary during peak periods or promotional events.

Please note that fragrances contain alcohol and are classified as flammable liquids under Code of Federal Regulations Title 49. As a result, fragrance shipments may require specialized transportation handling and can take approximately 2–4 weeks for delivery depending on the destination and carrier processing times.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, or courier carriers once an order has been shipped.


Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear, as some carriers may experience delays in scanning or updating shipment statuses.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address may result in delays, additional fees, or return-to-sender situations. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information.


International - Customs, Duties & Taxes

The prices displayed on our site are duty-free, which means you may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, or related customs fees once your order reaches its final destination.

These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Payment of any applicable duties or taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us.
